After tooth filling, your mouth will feel numb for 1 – 3 hours. So it is important not to chew on the numb side to avoid injury to tongue or soft tissue. Do not disturb the filled area for the first two hours after the filling. Be careful to take proper medicines as prescribed by the Doctor.
